Web design in Marbella

A WordPress website that presents your services and reflects the quality of your work. We organise your content, adapt the design to your brand and check it on mobile and desktop. Based in Marbella, we work with you online.

Tell us about your project ↗

We design websites for independent professionals and small businesses in Marbella who need to explain their services and receive enquiries. If you are preparing to open, we start by organising your offer. If you already have a website, we review what is worth keeping before proposing changes.

WordPress business website

Your website starting at €800 + VAT

The package starting at €800 includes up to five business pages, one language and a WordPress theme adapted to your brand. We agree the scope and fixed price in writing before work starts.

Domain, hosting, email and any required licences are separate costs. We explain them before you commit.

What your website includes

Visitors should be able to understand what you do, see your work and find a way to ask a question. We organise your website around those decisions.

  • Up to five business pages: for example, home, services, work, about and contact. Legal text supplied or approved by you is added outside this page allowance.
  • A gallery of up to ten projects using your photographs and materials. Separate pages to explain each project require an additional quote.
  • Mobile and desktop layouts: a WordPress theme adapted to your brand, navigation, a contact form and a WhatsApp link.
  • Initial SEO setup: page titles, descriptions and headings for the included pages, domain connection and a check that form enquiries reach you.
  • Handover: two rounds of changes within the agreed scope, a short introduction to managing your content and delivery of access details. We include correction of handover issues for fourteen days, without limiting your applicable rights.

You provide your logo, photographs and text. We organise the material and make brief copy edits. Photography, branding, full copywriting and migrations are quoted separately.

A structure that fits your business

Different services need different information. These examples illustrate decisions we would discuss before designing; they are not client projects:

  • A professional who works by appointment: services, location, hours and contact details. Online booking needs a separate assessment of the calendar and software costs.
  • A shop selling products online: a catalogue, payments and shipping need an ecommerce setup. Our Shopify service (details in Spanish) has a separate scope from this business website package.

Planning example · not a client project

Five pages for an interior design studio

A Marbella studio wants to show its work and receive enquiries about spaces. Each page answers a question before asking visitors for their details:

  1. HomeThe spaces the studio works on, its service area and how to enquire.
  2. ServicesWhat each project includes and what needs a separate agreement.
  3. WorkAuthorised photographs and short descriptions in a gallery.
  4. AboutWho handles the work and how a project progresses.
  5. ContactHow to describe the space, the need and the intended date.

To review this structure, we would follow a service, a project and the contact route on a phone. We would check that the form reaches the agreed inbox and that its confirmation is clear. These are proposed checks for the example, not reported client results.

A gallery and a separate page for every project have different scopes. The package includes the gallery described above; individual case-study pages are quoted separately.

Do you need English and Spanish?

The initial package includes one language. If your customers use both, we agree which pages need translation and who will review the wording. Additional languages for WordPress are quoted according to the content and translation setup required.

What should you keep from your current website?

Send us the website address and explain what is getting in the way. Before defining a redesign, we look at three things:

Pages your customers already find
If Search Console data is available, it helps identify useful pages and search terms. Changing URLs requires a redirect plan; migration work is quoted separately.
The route to an enquiry
On a phone, can visitors understand a service, see your work and reach the contact page? More copy alone will not fix a form that fails to deliver.
Features you actually use
We list existing forms, galleries and connections, then agree which belong in the project and which need a separate scope.

English and Spanish need complete customer journeys

Check a service, a project and the contact route in each language, including buttons and confirmations. Agree who will answer enquiries in each language. The package includes one language; an additional version is quoted separately.

Our servicio de diseño web en español describes the same offer for Spanish-speaking clients.

From the first conversation to launch

  1. Agree the project. Tell us about your business, your customers, your available materials and your intended launch date. We define the pages, features, revisions and fixed price.
  2. Organise and design. We prepare the structure and a visual proposal so you can review how your services are presented and where visitors can contact you.
  3. Build and check. We develop the website, check mobile and desktop layouts, links and form delivery, and make the agreed revisions.
  4. Launch and hand over. We connect the domain, give you the access details and explain how to manage the included content.

We confirm the schedule after reviewing the scope, outstanding materials and availability. Payment is 50% before work starts and 50% on completion.

Who will work on your website?

Carlos Latorre is the founder of MONTEDRA Digital Partners. Based in Marbella, he works on websites and online stores, from defining the project through to handover. We work online, coordinating materials, proposals and revisions without an office visit.

You can see practical decisions about navigation, products and contact in Biovardi, our own Shopify ecommerce project (case study in Spanish). It shows completed work on a different platform, with features beyond the WordPress package described here.

Our own demonstration · WordPress · 15 October 2026

From the WordPress editor to a mobile page

This is a WordPress prototype of our own website. We changed the opening text in its editor, saved it and checked the page at a width of 390 pixels. Both screenshots show the same Spanish text: “Una web que puedes actualizar” — a website you can update.

1. Editing and saving the text. This prototype uses fields prepared for its design.
Mobile view of our WordPress prototype showing the saved opening text
2. Checking the saved text on mobile, with no horizontal overflow in this view.

We also tested the demonstration form: it shows a confirmation without sending or storing data. A real handover also includes checking delivery to the agreed inbox. We restored the original text after the test.

This is our own demonstration, not a client project or evidence of commercial results. The editor remains private. Our current public website is served as a static version; these screenshots show the WordPress prototype. The editor and design for each commission depend on its agreed scope.

Before you commission your website

What will I pay after launch?

Domain, hosting, email and any necessary licences are separate from the build. Optional WordPress maintenance starts at €60 + VAT per month for the small website described here. The full price list in Spanish sets out its scope and conditions. We can also explain the proposed costs by email before you decide.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. You receive the access details and a short introduction to managing the agreed content. The website and its accounts remain under your control. You can commission the build without taking a maintenance service.

Does the price include SEO?

It includes initial SEO setup for the delivered pages. Ongoing search analysis and improvements are a separate service. A new website does not guarantee a particular position in Google.

Can you improve my existing website?

We review it first. A redesign may need to preserve existing addresses, content and features. We define that work in a separate fixed-price proposal before replacing anything.

Tell us about your project

What should customers be able to do on your website?

You can write in English. Tell us what you offer, whether you already have a website and when you would like to launch. We will reply by email to clarify the project.
